OCTOBER 1-2, 2026

Greater Mt. Zion Church
4301 Tannehill Ln,
Austin, TX 78721

The Cultivate Conference is a two-day gathering designed to equip leaders, organizations, institutions, and community members who are committed to building safer and healthier communities.

This is not just another conference. It is a call to cultivate safer and healthier communities for families, neighborhoods, institutions, and systems.

Across our cities we see the symptoms of broken culture:

violence, division, disconnection, and lack of opportunity. But we also know that when leaders and communities come together with shared purpose, real change is possible.

The Cultivate Conference brings together leaders from community organizations, education systems, faith communities, justice systems, public health, businesses, philanthropists, and civic leadership to explore how collaboration can restore culture and strengthen communities.

Why 'Cultivate'?

Just as farmers cultivate soil so healthy crops can grow, communities must cultivate the conditions that allow people and institutions to thrive.

That means creating environments where:

Families

are supported

Youth have opportunity and mentorship

Neighborhoods

are safer

Institutions

work together

Community leaders collaborate

for long-term change
